Eyeball camera
Een eyeball camera (ook wel turret camera genoemd) is vergelijkbaar met een dome camera maar dan zonder beschermende bol. Voordeel hiervan is dat er minder last is van eventuele reflectie in de bol. Hierdoor is de beeldkwaliteit vaak net iets beter dan bij een reguliere dome camera. Ook is het zo dat bij een eyeball camera de regen veel makkelijker wegloopt, dus niet zo voor de lens blijft zitten.
Omdat de eyeball niet de beschermende bol heeft zoals een dome camera wordt deze camera meer gebruikt in een vandalismebestendige omgeving. Eyeball bewakingscamera's worden vooral ingezet omdat ze minder opzichtig zijn dan een bullet camera maar toch dezelfde voordelen hebben i.v.m. infrarood.
WizSense
Camera’s uit de WizSense serie van Dahua zijn uitgerust met geavanceerde AI-chips. WizSense heeft zeer veel functies. Onder andere: Smart Motion Detection: een oplossing waarbij het personen en voertuigen analyseert op basis van bewegingsdetectie. WizSense zendt alleen een alarmmelding uit wanneer een persoon of voertuig wordt herkend als indringer. En Dahua WizSense kan met AI-algoritmen bepalen welke alarmmeldingen echt zijn en welke worden veroorzaakt door rondvliegende objecten, zoals bewegende bomen of struiken, dozen, bladeren of zonlicht. De nauwkeurigheid van een alarm wordt hierdoor sterk verbeterd. Wanneer gebruikers nu een alarmmelding krijgen, kunnen ze er vrijwel zeker van zijn dat dit een serieus alarm is en hier snel op inspelen. Met WizSense wordt het eenvoudig om snel een bepaald camerabeeld terug te vinden, waardoor de efficiëntie wordt verhoogd.
Fixed-focal
Een Fixed-focal lens is een vaste lens die niet automatisch kan inzoomen. Een vaste lens is ingesteld om scherp te stellen op objecten op een bepaalde afstand en kan niet worden aangepast. Beveiligingscamera’s met een vaste lens zijn handig wanneer de camera altijd op hetzelfde gedeelte van een gebied moet scherp stellen, bijvoorbeeld op een oprit of bij een deur.
TIOC
TIOC staat voor Three-in-One Camera. Deze camera’s beschikken over drie belangrijke functies:
een camera, een verlichtingsmodule en een alarmsysteem. De verlichtingsmodule bevat 2 leds met warm wit led voor nachtzicht en blauw/rood led voor alarm. Door de 24/7 goede belichting en de alarmfunctie schrik je ongewenst bezoek direct af.
Active Deterrence
Camera’s met Active Deterrence functies kunnen indringers actief afschikken met verschillende functies zoals LED- of knipperlicht, rood en blauw knipperlicht, sirene-alarm en ingebouwde microfoon.
